Spag Bol- Freeze Dri Food

This , next to the Hot Pot is the skippers and most of the crews first choise. Not quite cooked like mumma, but pretty close.Here is a look at the contents:delicious Italian sauce is made with tender beef mince with diced tomato, onion and capsicum in a savoury tomato base. A bed of noodles is prepared in a separate pack and after 10 minutes to reconstitute, the sauce is placed on the noodles to make a traditional Spaghetti Bolognaise. Spaghetti Bolognaise is available in Single Serve, Two Serve and Five serve packs. Spaghetti Bolognaise is made from natural ingredients and is free from MSG and artificial preservatives. Number 3 on the list of the best is Roast Lamb. The crew often laugh when i tell them what is for dinner when we are offshore. The laughing stops when they taste this meal. It really is good stuff. Oven baked lamb and mint gravy with vegetables and creamy mashed potato. Juicy slices of spring lamb, peas, pumpkin and corn are covered with mint gravy.
